All the fixin’s

the extras

The reports, recording a vacation before you go, and the numbers that quietly keep a chapter honest.

One good turn.

Three things to know

Then help yourself.

1

None of this is homework

The main course already made you a working member. This is the part you read when you are curious.

2

Nobody types any of it in

Share a lead or mark an attendance and every report here updates immediately. There is no overnight compile, and no secretary.

3

Read them as conversations

An empty row is somebody to talk to, not somebody to punish. These numbers are for noticing, not for scoring.

1The reports

Tap Reports. Attendance, Leads shared, Planets, and — if your chapter runs speakers — the Meeting roster. The chapter picker at the top lets you look at any chapter, including the demo one.

The reports

Everything here builds itself

Nobody compiles these and nothing waits until morning. Share a lead or mark an attendance and the reports show it straight away.

2Attendance

Who turned up, meeting by meeting — some chapters meet more than once a week. P for present, A for absent, V for vacation.

Attendance

Turning up is the whole game

Business goes to the people in the room. Each member’s running percentage sits at the end of their row — the plainest number in Leadswitch.

3Know you’ll miss one?

Tap your picture, then Record vacation, and give it the dates you’ll be away.

Know you’ll miss one?

Ten seconds now, no explaining later

Those meetings show as V on the attendance report instead of counting against you. It also saves the captain chasing you, which everybody prefers.

4Leads shared

Who gave how much business, in which category, in which month.

Leads shared

A map of who is generous

The people at the top of this report are usually the ones getting the most back. That is not a coincidence, and it is the whole idea in one screen.

5Meeting roster

Who is speaking, and when. The next meeting is marked so nobody has to count forward.

Meeting roster

It keeps itself

Members rotate alphabetically, so your turn is predictable. As people join and others leave, the running order adjusts itself immediately — nobody maintains this list.

6Planets

The chapter as a solar system. The sun at the center is the chapter itself. Every member orbits it, and the bigger their planet, the more business they have passed. The curved lines are leads, running from whoever gave one to whoever received it.

The Planets report: the chapter as a sun, with each member orbiting it

The one people stare at

Find your own planet. Every line leaving it is business you have passed to somebody. Then look for the members you have no line to at all — those are the people in your own chapter you have never sent anything, and they are usually the easiest place to start.

Distance means nothing

Which ring a member sits on is just spacing, so the picture stays readable. Size is the only thing carrying a number — Jupiter is bigger than Earth, and that is the whole of it.

Help yourself

None of it is compulsory. All of it is yours.
