Everyone can see who is passing work and who is only collecting it. Not to shame anybody — because the people who give tend to get looked after.

Every sphere is a member, sized by what they've passed to the others; the lines are leads moving between them. This comes straight out of the app — a working chapter, unedited. If it has had a quiet month, a quiet month is what you'll see.
Where this came from
Leadswitch wasn't designed in the abstract. It came out of one chapter that has met every week for years, and it is shaped by what that chapter learned the slow way.
Leads Northwest, on the Eastside of Seattle. Paper, spreadsheets, and somebody's memory.
Some come for the work that gets passed their way. Some come for the direct access to providers they can trust.
The members who carry a group get tired of carrying it unseen. That is the problem this was built to solve.
Those are the chapter's results, not the software's. Leadswitch is new; the years are what taught us what to build. We'd rather say that plainly than let you assume otherwise.
Some members come for the address book
Plenty of people enjoy the direct access to trusted providers as much as the work passed their way. If you run properties, care homes, an office or a rental portfolio, your problem often isn't finding customers — it's finding a plumber, an electrician and an accountant you can put your name behind. A chapter is a standing list of people other members have already vouched for, and it costs nothing to ask.
What it isn't
Worth saying, so you don't find out later.
- It won't hand you work on day one. You are joining a network of people, not buying a list of leads. What you get out of it follows what you put in.
- It won't find members for you. If you go on to run a chapter, recruiting is still handshakes and coffee.
- It won't fix a chapter that isn't meeting. If people have stopped turning up, software is not the problem you have.
- It isn't a CRM. It tracks what the chapter passes between members, not your whole sales pipeline.
- There's nothing to install. It runs in a browser, on a phone or a laptop. No app store, no download.
- We don't publish what members earn. We can't verify those numbers, so we won't pretend to know.
